Thompson Management, LLC currently manages over 6,500 acres of land. There are land, commercial and residential properties in NJ, PA, NY, FL, NC and Puerto Rico, as well as Preserved Land (with an existing dwelling or with a building envelope). The income producing portfolio includes commercial buildings totaling approx. 700,000 sq. ft. as well as residential with locations in six counties: Mercer, Middlesex, Burlington, Somerset in NJ, Bucks County in PA, and Palm Ba. County, FL. We offer office, flex, or warehouse space ranging in size from 200 sq. ft. to 70,000 sq. ft. In addition, we manage a number of significant historic properties such as 90 Nassau Street, overlooking Nassau Hall where the Continental Congress convened for 8 months in 1788, Lenape Hall in Doylestown, PA, and the circa 1730 home of Francis Hopkinson, a signer of the Declaration of Independence.
